Drive south from Nairobi arriving in time for lunch at your exclusive camp. An afternoon introduction drive visits the park's famous swampland where elephant families bathe in spectacular numbers beneath Kilimanjaro's glaciated summit.
Full Day Amboseli — The Elephant Paradise
A full day dedicated to Amboseli's legendary elephant families. Morning drives in the eastern sectors reveal cheetah, lion and the extraordinary sight of adult bull elephants with tusks so large they nearly touch the ground. Observation Hill provides the classic panoramic view. Afternoon drives follow the elephant families as they move between the two main swamps at dusk, creating the most photographed wildlife scene in Kenya.
Amboseli to Lake Naivasha — Rift Valley Descent
Drive northwest, ascending from the Amboseli plains through the Kijabe escarpment, crossing the equator and descending into the Rift Valley to Lake Naivasha. A late afternoon boat safari on the lake delivers hippos at close range and outstanding birdwatching including the African fish eagle, whose haunting call has been adopted as the sound of Africa by broadcasters worldwide.
Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru — Flamingos & Rhinos

Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara — Afternoon Arrival
